Q1.How do I get my choice of pizza
using pizza card?
A1. There
are few simple Steps:
Registration
You have received your Pizza card with a unique code.
Step 1 To register visit
www.iwantmypizza.com.
Step 2 Using the unique
code on the card please provide all details asked for after
clicking on “register here” tab.
Order Request
Step 3 To order a pizza
select ‘Request here’ tab, enter your card no. and
you will be provided a unique pin no. via email or SMS.
Step 4 Proceed to select
your pizza by clicking on ‘Order here’ tab
Step 5 Select your choice
of pizza and click on payment process tab, and then click on
Iwantmypizza tab to get your pizza with the help of unique number.
Note: You can order pizza only by entering
the unique pin no. is received on mail or sms.
Q2. Do we have any help desk number?
A2. Yes. Call on +91 – 9967933292 for customer care.
Q3.What is the validity of the Pizza
card?
A3.The validity is mentioned on the card .However the card has
to be registered within 30 days of receiving them.
Q4.How do I cancel/amend order once
they are booked?
A4.Once the order is placed you cannot cancel /amend the booking.
Q5.Will I get the pizza of my choice?
A5. You get to choose from a specific selection of pizza or
select any pizza and get credit of Rs 215/- balance you can
pay online.
Q6. IWMP card valid across all outlets?
A6.The IWMP card is valid wherever online ordering is available
Pan India.
Q7.I have the voucher and my friends
would like to buy the card. Can he buy the Pizza card?
A7.Pizza card service is to facilitate order for special customers
of corporate only. This service is not open to general public,
as yet.
Q8 In how much time my pizza will be
delivered?
A8 The pizza will be delivered as per stipulation.
Q9 Can we use the pizza card at the
outlets as well?
A9 No. The card can be used only for online redemption.
